Rio Crazy Friday Nights:
Samba and sip on Friday nights, beginning July 25, with the world & Brazilian music sounds of Rakata. Rakata performs from 9-11pm, and their DJ from 8-9 -- while Sagatiba rum drink specials are featured all night long. It's like going to Carnival in Rio without leaving town! Wild Wahine (Ladies) Thursdays
Starting Thursday, July 31, Wahine Night goes Brazilian, with Caji & Salome from 8-11pm. Enhancing the music of this three-piece band are appetizer specials and 2-for-1 Flor de Cana Rum drinks. Guitarist Carlos Eduardo Andrade Santos, who got his nickname from an old farm known as "Caji" where he and his friends used to gather, expresses beauty and human experience in his music. Hotel Valley Ho was cool back in 1956 when it first opened its doors. Before downtown Scottsdale was downtown. It's every bit as chic now, after an expansive but meticulously groomed 2005 renovation.
