Based on the rich scents of Turkey including coffee, lemon blossom, olives and figs.  This therapeutic massage is detoxifying and revitalizing.

Massage incorporating wild berries, evergreen, peat and glacial hyrosols, all harvested north of the Artic Circle.  This swedish massage is cooling  and calming.   

Ola Hawaii Lomi Lomi
With flowers and fruits including pineapple, papaya and coconut grown on the Big island.  This intoxicating massage is deeply relaxing, fluid and wavelike.

Tibetan Yoginic Massage
Based upon an early form of Tibetan medicine, Yoginic Massage focuses on opening up specific muscles using trigger point release and accupressure on specific nerves, your limbs are gently stretched to their maximum potential for greater effectiveness.  After this treatment, you will find yourself completely relaxed and with increased mobility.  Our practicioner was raised as a Tibetan Monk and has been practicing massage since the age of 7.  This is the deepest and most intense muscle work offered at the VH Spa...a life-changing experience.
