Upon Arriving
Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time. A shower is required before beginning your treatments. If you'd prefer to shower in your room, press "0" to have a robe and sandals delivered to your door. Please leave your jewelry and valuables in your room.

Quiet Time
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please turn off your cell phone and keep conversations to a whisper.

Punctuality
As a courtesy to the next guest, all treatments end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment will be modified to fit the remaining time.

During Your Visit
To get the most out of your treatments, communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are important, so be sure to mention if you have any allergies or medical conditions, concerns about massage pressure or depth, room temperature, music volume, or anything else.

Gratuities
To make your spa experience as seamless as possible, the 20% service charge is automatically added to your treatment price at check-in.

Cancellations & No-Shows
To cancel without charge, call the day before your appointment is scheduled. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price, unless you reschedule for the same day or your vacant appointment is filled by another guest.

Age Requirements
Guests must be at least 16 for a private treatment. Services for those 15 and younger are provided at the spa's discretion, and a parent or guardian must be present.

Day Guests
Spa guests not staying at Hotel Valley Ho are welcome to use of the fitness center with a 60-minute spa treatment. Remember to bring your workout gear.

Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards are available in any amount at the VH Spa Boutique, or online. Also ask about seasonal spa packages.
