The spa is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Sunday, with the last appointment available at 6 p.m. Give us a ring at 480.376.2600.
GRATUITIES
A 20% service charge is automatically added to your treatment price at check-in. For discounted services, the service charge is based on the original price.
FOOD + DRINKS
Feeling famished? Our spa host is happy to order food and drinks for you to enjoy on the spa deck or in the spa lounge. You are welcome to place your order with us ahead of time by calling the spa, or order after you arrive for your treatment.
UPON ARRIVING
Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time. A shower is required before beginning your treatment. If you prefer to shower in your room, press "0" to have a robe and sandals delivered to your door. Please leave your jewelry and valuables in your room.
QUIET TIME
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please turn off your cell phone and keep conversations to a whisper.
PUNCTUALITY
As a courtesy to the next guest, all treatments end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment will be modified to fit the remaining time.
DURING YOUR VISIT
To get the most out of your treatments, please communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are important, so be sure to mention if you have any allergies or medical conditions, concerns about massage pressure or depth, room temperature, music volume, or anything else.
DAY GUESTS
Visiting the spa but not staying at the hotel? Book a treatment of 60 minutes or longer to enjoy our two relaxing pools. Valet parking is always complimentary for spa guests, and we offer two parking spots reserved for spa guests in the Sands parking area off of 69th Street.
CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS
To cancel without charge, please call the day before your appointment is scheduled. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price, unless you reschedule for the same day or your vacant appointment is filled by another guest.
GIFT CARDS + PACKAGES
Gift cards are available in any amount at the VH Spa Boutique or online. Also ask about our seasonal spa packages.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be at least 16 years old for a private treatment. Services for those 15 and younger are provided at the spa's discretion, and a parent or guardian must be present.
