The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees continue to be of the utmost importance to all of us at VH Spa. We have developed a comprehensive program to ensure that we are providing a safe and welcoming experience, based on state and CDC guidelines. Our new Wellness Attendant is focused on all things wellbeing, from managing social distancing and providing equipment that can be checked-out for a courtyard workout to ensuring the cleanliness of the spa, fitness center, and lounges through EPA-approved disinfectants. A quick temperature check will be performed for all spa guests to ensure a safe environment. Until we reopen our spa doors, you can reserve an in-room massage through Pure Knead. We look forward to welcoming you for much-needed relaxation.

REOPENING JUNE 25

We look forward to reopening our spa doors on Thursday, June 25. Yoga classes will resume on Friday, June 26, limited to three guests.

  • The spa will be deep-cleaned every evening.
  • EPA-approved disinfectants will be used for all sanitizing.
  • All surfaces will be sanitized after each use.
  • Masks are required to be worn by spa guests (except during facials), and will be provided at check-in.
  • Signage will be prominently posted, reminding guests of maximum occupancy and distancing guidelines.
  • A quick temperature check will be performed to ensure a temperature under 100 degrees.
  • All providers will wear disposable, one-time-use masks.
  • The Wellness Attendant and spa reception staff will wear masks and gloves.
  • Plexiglass shields will be in place at the spa reception desk.
  • Water dispensers and snacks have been removed. Bottled water is available upon request.
  • Magazines and TV remotes have been removed from the lounges.
  • Men's and women's lounge access will be limited to 30 minutes per person to assist with social distancing.
  • Lockers will be designated with a ‘Super Clean’ sticker after they have been serviced and sanitized.

FITNESS CENTER


Appointments are required to workout at the fitness center and access is limited to registered hotel guests, in order to ensure capacities are not exceeded. Spa members will have access to the fitness center beginning June 1. The floor-to-ceiling glass panels can be opened for a fresh-air workout on fair-weather days. Open 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

  • The fitness center is deep-cleaned daily.
  • The men's and women's lounges will reopen June 25 along with VH Spa.
    • Access will be limited to 30 minutes per person to assist with social distancing.
  • Masks are required to be worn by guests, and will be provided at check-in.
  • Appointments are required to workout; sign up by email, or at the spa reception or hotel front desk.
    • 1-hour appointments are available on the half hour, beginning at 6:00 a.m. and ending at noon.
  • No more than 15 guests are admitted at a time, including the movement studio.
    • The movement studio will accommodate three guests at a time.
  • Six-foot social distancing will be enforced.
  • Single-use earphones will be available upon request.
  • Magazines and TV remotes have been removed.
  • ‘Super Clean’ signs will be placed on equipment and machines after they are serviced.
  • Hotel-monitored, electronic Salto locks have been added to monitor access.
  • The Wellness Attendant will offer equipment including yoga mats, medicine balls, and kettlebells available to be checked-out and used outdoors in Palm Courtyard. All equipment will be thoroughly sanitized after each use.

  • EPA-approved disinfectants are used for all sanitizing.
  • All surfaces are sanitized after each use.
  • All tester products have been removed; a more flexible return policy will be offered on skincare products.
  • Social distancing will be monitored by spa reception staff, with no more than five guests permitted in the boutique at a time.
  • Apparel and accessories will not be available to try on.
  • All sales are final until further notice.
