THE ZuZu Story.


The restaurant, along with our new private dining space⁠—The Rosie Room⁠—is dedicated to Rosalyn “Rosie” Bennett Lyon, also known as ZuZu. She was the beloved matriarch of the family that owns Hotel Valley Ho, as well as a fantastic cook, who believed that food is better when it's shared with the people you love. This little restaurant personifies what we love about Arizona; the rich sense of history, warm hospitality, and all its gentle reminders that we should never take ourselves too seriously.

Chef LaCasce's culinary career spans over 20 years and a variety of cuisines from around the globe. His extensive training includes a culinary arts degree and working under some of the best chefs in Arizona, including Beau MacMillan of elements at Sanctuary, also part of the Westroc Collection. Russell's creative eye for menu design and sincere passion for cooking are reflected in the inventive shared plates served at ZuZu.
