Payment is not processed until you check out at the spa reception desk. If you are booking a service for someone other than yourself, please leave direction for payment in the reservation notes.
Promotional services and seasonal specials will have their prices adjusted at the spa reception desk when you check-out.
In order to optimize our availability for all spa guests, small adjustments may be made to the start time of your service. We’ll notify you via text for any adjustments under 30 minutes, and we’ll call to confirm any adjustments of 30 minutes or more.
In order to receive promotional pricing, you must select the promotion at the time of booking.
