HOTEL REGISTRATION POLICIES.
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy in guest rooms. Each additional person over 18 years of age will be assessed a $25 per night extra person fee. The guest rooms and facilities at Hotel Valley Ho do have occupancy limitations; please see a guest services representative for details.
Each person permitted to the pool area must be registered to a guest room, cabana or daybed and is subject to the extra person fee, if applicable.
Room rates include access to VH Spa facilities, the fitness center, pool area, and complimentary in-room coffee and daily newspaper service (upon request). Other services offered on a complimentary basis include concierge services, and shoe shine service.
Self-service or valet parking is available for $20 per day, plus tax.
Internet access is available through Ethernet or WiFi connections. Basic Internet access is complimentary; Choice Internet is $9.99 for 24 hours and Premium Internet is $14.99 for 24 hours.
No party policy
The hotel has a no party policy in its guest rooms and suites. This is enforced in the following manner. If the hotel is made aware that there are too many occupants in a room, or that the noise level is disturbing others through noise complaints or by observation, hotel security will visit the accommodation and request that the matter be immediately remedied. If security must return again for the same issue, the occupants of the rooms will be evicted without a refund.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to stay to avoid a fee equal to one night's room and tax. This fee, if applicable, will be directed to the form of guarantee holding the reservation. Group reservations may be subject to alternative cancellation policies; please contact the Hotel Valley Ho sales department with questions concerning group reservations.
All guest rooms and suites at Hotel Valley Ho are non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied for any evidence of smoking in guest rooms upon departure. Guest room damages will be applied to the form of payment on file, should any occur.
Hotel Valley Ho is a pet-friendly property. Pets stay for free, but are subject to additional fees for any damages resulting from poor pet behavior. Any guest traveling with a pet is required to inform the hotel, so that the staff may properly prepare for the pet's arrival.
Payment Method Notice
Hotel Valley Ho will obtain an advanced authorization on all forms of payment. This authorization amount will be equal to the room and tax portion of the entire stay, plus an additional $100 to cover any incidental charges (unless pre-existing billing terms are in place). Additional authorization will be obtained if the pre-set limit is exceeded. Hotel Valley Ho recommends the use of a credit card when checking in to the property. Please note that when using a debit card upon check-in, the financial institution may place a hold equal to twice the estimated charges on an account for up to 10 days after check-out. Please contact specific financial institutions for inquiries on this subject. The form of payment given upon check-in, be it a credit card or debit card, will be used to settle all charges to this account unless pre-existing billing terms are in place.
Hotel Valley Ho is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is understood that there are in-room safes and safety deposit boxes available at no additional charge. If any item is lost or stolen, it is the guest's responsibility to contact the Hotel Valley Ho security department to file a report and make contact with the authorities, if necessary.
